With over 12 years of culinary experience, I bring a deep passion for creating meals that connect people and leave a lasting impression. I learned to cook at home in Saipan, where family and island traditions taught me the heart of flavor, hospitality, and creativity in every dish.
I’ve honed my skills across fine dining, mom-and-pop kitchens, and national chains, giving me the versatility to craft menus for any occasion. As an Air Force veteran and Pacific Islander, I bring discipline, precision, and a touch of island warmth to every table.
