Classically trained, multiple award winning and Three Star Michelin trained chef, born in Sussex (UK) speaks English and French. Worked around the world in multiple cultures. natural leadership skills and a love to teach and educate. A good sense of humor and a passion for world cuisine. Also trained and qualified in bakery, desserts and high quality celebration cakes. Can work with all dietary requests and has an extended repertoire of healthy, vegetarian and vegan menus. HACCP trained and qualified in food safety and operates to the highest health and safety standards.

Overall the process was simple - Once selecting Chef John we worked together on the menu and from there it was seamless through to the end of the meal. He arrived on time and step right into it, then our guests started to arrive and the entire evening was a blast, Very good experience overall and would highly recommend to anyone.

This review is for Chef Mary, who cooked Chef Johns menu. Unfortunately, Chef John had a family matter come up, but luckily he found a substitute for the evening. Chef Mary was wonderful and made sure we had a fun evening! She even added in some of her homemade bread to the menu, which was delicious. The presentation of the dishes was excellent. We hope to have Chef John cook for us in the future, as the only bummer was that some of the dishes required his expertise and we weren't able to try.
