I am a professional chef with over 24 years experience. My grandmother's began showing me things as early as 4 years old...having a stool for me at the stove so I could watch and learn.

I have worked in most sectors of the industry and have been exposed to various cuisines and cultures. I am well traveled and I am not afraid to learn something if I'm unfamiliar.
