I'm a classically trained chef (California Culinary Academy) and have worked at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel and 5-star restaurants in Hong Kong and San Francisco.

I am also a Certified Nutritionist, so my cooking is always about delicious meals made from seasonal, local, sustainable ingredients that are nourishing and soul-satisfying.
