Born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, I am an Executive Chef shaped by the rich traditions of Southern and Creole cuisine, while also specializing in French and Asian cooking. My background blends bold flavors, classical technique, and global influences developed through years of professional kitchen leadership.
I have led culinary operations at a Hilton hotel property and worked as a chef at L’Auberge Resort Casino, gaining extensive experience in high-volume, high-standard hospitality environments. As a proud member of the James Beard Foundation, I have also successfully operated my own private chef and catering business since 2019, creating elevated dining experiences for a wide range of clients.
I regularly travel nationwide for exclusive events, bringing a refined, personalized approach to every service. My focus is on thoughtful menus, precise execution, and memorable experiences that reflect both tradition and innovation.
