I pair my classical training with my rustic style to create fresh, bountiful dishes.

I strive to highlight seasonal ingredients with every menu I propose. I incorporate my Italian heritage and knowledge of Italian cuisine whenever possible. Being classically trained at the Culinary Institute of America, I feel confident executing all cuisines to fit your vision as the guest. I have worked under celebrity chefs and in renowned restaurants in addition to my classic French training. My wife (Molly) and I make up Garnet Culinary: a private chef team. Together, we combine our strengths to give you the best food experience possible.
