I am professional chef with experience In The industry for over 15 years. Classical French beginnings in school and found my true passion with Italian and Japanese flavors. I teach fresh pasta classes with hands on learning along with curating your perfect meal for guests. We can do something simple of just a first and second course or come up with an 8 course dinner with wine pairings.
