I’m an Executive Chef with extensive experience leading seasonal, prix fixe, and multi-course dining experiences in both hospitality and private settings. My background includes serving as a private chef for senior leadership at Appalachian State University, including former Chancellor Sheri Everts and current Chancellor Heather Norris, where discretion, consistency, and quality were essential.
I specialize in intimate private dinners where timing, execution, and attention to detail matter. My cooking is ingredient-driven and seasonal, drawing inspiration from classic techniques while keeping menus approachable and refined. Whether hosting a special occasion or an intimate gathering, my goal is to create a restaurant-quality experience in your home while allowing you and your guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening.
