Get to know me better
Culinary arts is my passion, I believe each dish is a piece of artwork and an extension of the Chef's personality.
I am a professional chef who's been in the industry for 10 years. I got my passion for culinary arts from my grandmother. Just the love for the culinary arts and the joy that it brought to her is my inspiration to this day. I left my career in retail management about 10 years ago to my dream to be immersed in the hospitality industry. I graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence with my Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and later my Bachelor's of Science in Culinary Nutrition: Clinical Dietetics with a minor in Sommelier. I have also studied Asian cuisine and have certificate degrees from @globalchef academy in Singapore and Dhara Dhevi Culinary School in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I also worked for Auburn University in Alabama as a performance Chef for the athletic kitchen and worked with the athletes at the time creating nutrition based meal plans to optimize their output on and off the field.

I've worked at Castle Hill Inn the Newport Restaurant Group. I ran the Aviary Restaurant and now am Executive Sous Chef at Beverly Yacht Club.
