Get to know me better
I'm a well rounded, passionate chef who loves cooking for people as well as for myself.
I aim to combine my experience working in some of Los Angeles’s top restaurants and private households with my close connections to local farmers and artisans to create exceptional cuisine and outstanding customer experiences.
I graduated second in my class from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, in 2003. Over the years, I’ve developed a broad knowledge of global cuisines and can craft dishes inspired by diverse regions and traditions. I also specialize in a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, Ayurvedic, keto, gluten-free, low-carb, high-protein, and kid-friendly meals.
In addition, I offer private dining and event catering for groups ranging from intimate dinners for two to large gatherings of up to 200 guests. I’m known for being professional, discreet, passionate, loyal, and honest — qualities I bring to every service I provide.
