With over 15 years of culinary expertise, Chef Nash is a versatile professional celebrated for mastery in Mexican, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines. Previously serving as Executive Chef at high volume Pearl restaurant and Culinary Director at Spot on Hospitality, Nash has a proven track record in menu development, operational efficiency, and team leadership.

Renowned for crafting seasonal, health-conscious menus tailored to dietary needs, Nash has extensive experience as a personal chef, delivering bespoke dining for high-profile clients, including athletes, families, and events. Specializing in intimate plated dinners and large-scale gatherings, Nash creates unforgettable culinary experiences with standout dishes like handmade pasta with an array of seasonal sauces, a variety of Mexican moles, and simple but beautiful raw seafood preparations.

Currently, Nash is embarking on an exciting new venture with his wife, Sophie, opening a bakery in San Antonio focused on artisanal sourdough bread, complemented many delectable sweets and expertly crafted coffee, blending passion for flavor with warm hospitality.
