Since becoming a chef in 2011, she has combined her passion for food with close client interaction, creating personalized culinary experiences that celebrate her diverse cultural heritage.
Raised in South Carolina with a Caribbean mother, Chef Nikki's cooking reflects her love for Low country living and West Indian culture, specializing in Italian, Latin, and Caribbean cuisines.
