As an Air Force veteran born and raised in Texas, I view food as far more than flavor alone. For me, cooking is a bridge to human connection, shared experiences, and cultural discovery.
My mission is to explore cuisines from around the world and use food as a way to bring people together in meaningful, genuine ways. Rather than chasing perfection, I focus on authenticity, intention, and creating experiences that feel honest and memorable.
I hold a degree in Culinary Arts as well as a degree in Baking and Pastry from the Culinary Institute of America, and I bring discipline, professionalism, and passion to every kitchen I step into.
