I make seasonally and locally inspired food from scratch to nourish and delight.
I am a self-taught chef with 10 years of experience. My time living and traveling abroad in France, Italy, Mexico and Kenya is behind the inspiration to craft restaurant quality food in my own home, inspired by the flavors and memories made during my travels. By working in collaboration with other chefs, seeking out local crafts people, and forming relationships with the farmers and vendors at the local markets, I have deepened my knowledge and honed my craft.
