I am Oscar P. Clemente di Montecassino, an internationally educated professional with a lifelong passion for Italian cuisine and fine dining. Though my career spans global leadership in banking, finance, and law, my heart has always been in the kitchen. Inspired by my mother, an excellent chef, I trained at Scuola Cucina Italiana Coquis in Rome and refined my skills across Italy and the United States. Today, I bring that heritage and expertise to private dining experiences in Miami.
