Get to know me better
As a 40 year veteran of the vibrant Napa/Sonoma Culinary scene I’ve been at the forefront of Farm to Table French, Mediterranean Fusion.
I’ve been a fixture of the local Napa/Sonoma Culinary Culture since the mid 80’s.
I’ve headed up several top restaurants and hotels locally during that time.
Now, as a full time Private Chef/Caterer I bring that full breadth or experience and talent to your table.
I have a huge Napa Garden and during the season many of my menus include fresh picked items, also as a 40 year veteran of the Sonoma/Napa Scene, I know just where to go to get the best ingredients to really represent the soul of the Farm to Table concept…it started here and this is where we do it best. My Mentor, Charles Saunders is widely credited with firing the movement up in the Wine Country at the then famous Sonoma Mission Inn in the mid-eighties, I was a young chef, right there with him.
