I love to share what makes me the happiest and bring others comfort through food.
My name is Rachael, most people call me Rae.
I've been baking/cooking since I could hold a rolling pin as a toddler. My best memories are cooking side by side with my grandmother using the tools my grandfather made her in Germany, preparing meals with my father, and the beautiful cakes my mother made. When I cook I feel both my late parents with me and I really believe that through food you can find comfort.
I am professionally trained and working professionally for 11 years. I've spent time in country clubs, fine dining, corporate accounts, catering and most recently in cannabis dispensary kitchens. I've taught work study students and private in home kids classes. I enjoy hands on classes with all my students.

..Le Cordon Bleu. Growing up my father and grandmother taught me all they knew as well.

..my father. As a grieving single parent he still taught me everything he knew and provided amazing comforting food.
