I love to share what makes me happiest- good food! Focusing on local farms/fishing boats, allergy inclusion, & getting every last detail perfect.
My name is Rachael, most people call me Rae.
In 2020 I started RGKkitchen with my husband providing catering and personal chef services throughout New England. Cape Cod, Newport, Narragansett, Boston, and Wellesley being our most popular areas.
Now I work small dinners for couples and big events up to 150 people.
Bachelorettes are some of our most popular events followed by cocktail parties, weddings, showers, holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, and friends/family get togethers. We showcase a lot of what we do with instagram. My husband is known for getting the best and silliest angles for photos. Whether you're celebrating or having a casual night in I'm happy to help make it a special meal.
I've been baking/cooking since I could hold a rolling pin as a toddler. My best memories are cooking side by side with my Oma using the tools my Opa made her in Germany, preparing meals with my father, and the beautiful cakes my mother made. When I cook I feel both my late parents with me and I really believe that through food you can find comfort.

Butternut squash and sage soup shooters-- caramelized butternut squash, shallots, garlic. and sage blended with coconut milk and topped with pepitas
Bruschetta chicken-- seared herbed chicken breasts topped with garlic, diced tomatoes, basil, and balsamic glaze over baby spinach
Limoncello Shrimp-- grilled shrimp marinated in garlic, thyme, and limoncello over orzo with baby greens and blistered cherry tomatoes

Tuscan herbed Pork Loin-- rosemary and garlic stuffed pork loin roasted and basted with a fresh herb butter with squash and mixed greens

Sweet Pea Pesto Pasta-- pea pesto (lemon, arugula, peas, olive oil, dairy free parmesan, scallions, garlic) over GF pasta with micro-greens, and sea salt
Eggplant parm bake-- seared slices of eggplant stacked with marinara, ricotta, and vegan garlic and herb boursin crumbles, baked until bubbly and topped with toasted garlic GF panko
