My love for food started at a young age, and I’ve spent my career crafting unique culinary experiences inspired by the diverse flavors of the world.

With over 10 years of culinary experience, Chef Reggie Miller blends classical training with a deep connection to Southern ingredients and farm-to-table storytelling. As the owner and executive chef of Miller Cuisine, he creates immersive dining experiences that celebrate the farmers, fishermen, and local producers of the Lowcountry.

Chef Reggie’s signature style combines refined Southern techniques with global inspiration from pan-roasted wild catfish with tomato-benne seed reduction to Carolina Gold rice custards and multi-course tasting menus that evolve with the seasons. His approach highlights fresh, locally sourced ingredients prepared entirely from scratch.

Before launching Miller Cuisine, Chef Reggie worked in both fine dining restaurants and private event settings, developing menus for intimate dinners, large-scale pop-ups, and culinary collaborations across Charleston. He specializes in personalized multi-course experiences, retreats, weddings, and chef’s table events where every dish tells a story.
