Hello I’m Chef Robert Vieira, I’m originally born and raised in Fresno, California. I’ve been in the culinary industry since at 15, I’m currently 33 years of age. I’ve been cooking Professionally now for 15 years working and training in Michelin style restaurants and traveled to Peru, South America to study and learn more of Latin cuisine and culture. I take much pride in my craft and continue to explore and expand my knowledge to present new techniques and inspirational ideas on a plate to serve my clients and guest.
