Hey I’m Ron I have a bachelors degree in culinary management and an associate degree in baking and pastry. I did my internship at Walt Disney World Epcot. Here in San Antonio I was a pastry chef at Tower of America. The Alon Spa and resort in La Cantera.

I’m retired Army so my work ethic and attention to detail is something I’m praised on a lot. I want to make you a great savory dish along with a great dessert. A lot of Chefs shy away from a dessert.

I started cooking at 8 years old. It amazed me how my mom could take minimal ingredients and feed herself and 8 kids. Mom taught me to cook with love
