We are a professional chef and Level 3 sommelier partnership, bringing over 30 years of combined experience creating elevated dining experiences across restaurants, resorts, private clubs, and exclusive private settings.
Our careers span executive chef leadership, concept development, and full-scale food & beverage direction giving us a deep understanding of not just cuisine and wine, but how to create a high-touch guest experience from start to finish.
From intimate private dinners to curated events, we design fully customized menus and pairings tailored to each client ranging from refined, approachable elegance to high-end fine dining. Every experience is executed with intention, and a strong sense of hospitality.
