My background ranges from two decades at the Boulder Country Club to providing weekly meal preparation for clients with severe food allergies, where precision and trust are essential.
I approach every dish with creativity, care, and attention to detail, ensuring both safety and exceptional flavor. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a family vacation, a hunting trip, or any setting where people need to eat well, my goal is to deliver thoughtful, memorable dining experiences tailored to each client’s needs.
