Hello! My name is Sophia Brancato, I am a Johnson & Wales University graduate with a Bachelors Degree in The Science of Culinary Arts. I have been working in the industry for 5 years, and have experience in different food service atmospheres. I have worked in corporate dining, catering, fast casual and upscale casual restaurants, and private dinner events. In my most recent position, I served as a Sous Chef with FLIK Hospitality at Paul Weiss Law Firm in New York City, where I managed a 32-person culinary team, executed large-scale catering events, and supported the executive chef in seasonal menu planning. I am very passionate about providing a meaningful dining experience that will bring people together, and allow clients to enjoy themselves over food.
