With a Bachelors in Hospitality Management and Associates in Culinary & Pastry Arts, my education and expertise have provided many opportunities to travel, work and study my craft. From the hills of Tuscany to Munich, Germany. Mexico thru the Caribbean, Houston, Texas thru the southern U.S., finally nestling in Bible belt of Greenville, South Carolina. All my travels have led me to my current positions as Corporate Chef of Sidewall Pizza company.
