Seasoned professional chef of 28 years with a keen attention to detail and a deep passion for cooking.

I am a professional Chef of 28 years. I started my career on the island of Maui in Hawaii. After graduating with honors from the University of Hawaii's satellite program in Maui, I continued working in fine dining restaurants on Maui for 2 years. I then moved to Seattle and worked in a number of small bistro and fine dining establishments around the Puget Sound. Attaining sous chef , chef de Cuisine and ultimately executive chef status. In 2008 I was on the opening team for the new Four Seasons in downtown Seattle.

Upon moving on from the Four Seasons in 2010, I continued working as a sous chef and chef de Cuisine in restaurants on Bainbridge Island. In 2021 i move to Greater Palm Springs area and opened my own personal Chef business. Which I currently operate.
