My name is Tenzin i have been in food and beverage industry for more than 40 years.my passion to cooking start when i was in hostel during my school days.i use to help our school chef to peel vegetables onions garlic.and cut them uniformly.my parents has restaurant during my holidays i help my mom in kitchen.she is very good chef,like that i got more interested in cooking and then during my holidays i used to work at restaurant dhaba,slowly it got more interested and i join hotel industry.i have worked with some

World known hotels and fine dinning restaurant in Asia US Russia and Europe countries.in year 2012 i start my own restaurant business in New York Queens.one in Jackson hight other at Sunny side burning Covid i have to close both restaurant.these are my some experience and work.i have also worked as personal chef to president republic of Kalmykia and president of FIDE.i am a gold medalist which was present to me by Moscow government during chef championship held and organised by Moscow government in year 1098.i have revived many achievements and certificates.these are my some achievements.
