Passionate about creating memorable moments through food, my playful cooking style aims to surprise and please the palate.
I’m a professional cook and budding personal chef. I have been working in restaurants for eight years, two of which being in cook roles. I have a deep passion for global cuisines and love crafting menus that celebrate local ingredients. I first gained basic cooking skills working in breakfast restaurants. Now I work, in addition to being a personal chef, as a line cook at a prestigious upscale steakhouse. All my years of restaurant experience have taught me what excellent service paired with delicious food can do. I hold very high standards for quality, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. I treat each plate like a canvas and, more importantly, ensure each bite is an exquisite journey.
