Get to know me better

Eager, passionate and always looking to excel in my culinary journey.

I am a professional chef, at 31 years old. I have been working in kitchens for over 15 years now. Growing up in Florida, my first job was cooking was in a Japanese American Steakhouse. I was so intrigued with cooking I decided to pursue it as a career and enrolled myself into a trade school in my area. I studied culinary for a year and worked full time, earning a certificate. I also was fortunate enough to work along side some amazing chefs Anthony Lamas, Brian Whittington, and helped Luccmann Pierre with a friend of a James Beard Dinner. Although trade school was a nice experience, it wasn’t enough. I decided to continue my culinary studies at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California. While going to school full time, I worked under Chris Cosentino at one of Napa Valleys finest hotels “Acacia House”. Since graduating in 2020, I have pursued other takes in the culinary world. I have gone from Country clubs, catering, sous chef, private chef and collected tons of useful knowledge along the way. After covid, I moved back to Florida for 2 years and worked as a Culinary Supervisor at a high end restaurant “Stirrups” located at the World Equestrian Center. I am currently living in Saratoga Springs working at one of the top hotels in the area. I do high end breakfast, French omelettes, eggs Benedict, lemon ricotta pancakes. I am now ready for a new page in my culinary adventure.
