From an early age, I was inspired by my father, a chef who once ran a small one-man restaurant. I often joined him in the kitchen, learning through observation and helping where I could. Those early days at his side gave me a foundation in cooking, a respect for how food connects people, and sparked a lifelong passion that continues to guide me today.
I later spent several years living in Mexico, where I refined my skills and opened a small restaurant. That experience taught me to be resourceful, to work with bold flavors, and to approach cooking with creativity. Today, I bring those lessons to life by designing menus that fit each client’s needs and preferences. Whether for a busy professional or a family, my focus is on keeping meals fresh, satisfying, and stress-free.
