I’m a Seattle native and Italian-American chef with deep roots in both traditional and modern cuisine. Classically trained and well-versed in all regional Italian fare, I also bring a refined touch to American Nouveau and European-inspired menus. I’ve worked in Seattle’s kitchens, owned and operated my own private chef and catering business, and am known for my attention to detail, creativity, and elevated hospitality.

Whether executing intimate in-home dining experiences, private events, or stepping in as a guest chef, I bring professionalism, precision, and warmth to every table. My commitment to supporting local farms, wineries, and artisans allows me to work closely with the community and create meaningful culinary experiences that highlight seasonal and regional bounty.

Currently seeking short- and mid-term opportunities as a “chef for hire” while I continue to scale my own culinary ventures. I’m adaptable, collaborative, and bring a can-do attitude wherever I go.
