I am a passionate chef who pours heart and intention into every dish I create. I love building a genuine connection with my guests and offering them something intimate and personal, not only through flavor, but also through the emotions and sensations that exist behind every plate.

For me, cooking is love, memory, and nostalgia. Through my food, I seek to take people back to moments they thought they had forgotten, creating experiences that feel warm, meaningful, and deeply human.
