I cook with soul, season, and intention. My goal is simple: create food that feels like home, nourishes your body, and turns every meal into a moment.

I am a professional chef with over 14 years of experience in the culinary industry. I am a Johnson and Wales graduate. I have worked in many restaurants across the south. I’ve worked every position in a restaurant, from dishwasher to general manager, soaking up every lesson along the way. I’ve cooked in all kinds of kitchens—from working under a Michelin-starred chef to handling the high volume chaos of Disney World to creating thoughtful dishes in farm-to-table restaurants. Each experience sharpened my skills and shaped the chef I am today. I’m excited to share my love for food in a way that truly represents me.
