I am passionate about food and sharing it with others.
I attended culinary school at the age of 19. I worked in fine dining in Tucson, AZ for several years and managed kitchens. I found that the restaurant lifestyle did not suit me well and left the industry for many years. I accomplished a rewarding 26 year law enforcement career, all the while cooking for the pleasure of it for family and friends. I have now retired and want to return to a broader focus on food and bringing joy to others. I have knowledge in multiple cuisines, with passions for classic American, Italian, Mexican, and am well versed in smoking and BBQ.
