Chef At Home in Fort Collins
Beginning working in restaurants at the age of 14 washing dishes, I have spent a life inside and outside of the kitchen. During my undergraduate studies in Colorado I began working at an upscale steakhouse as a prep cook, moving up to head line cook over the course of two years. That fully crystallized what I wanted to do with my life, so I went off to culinary school in Breckenridge and Vail, CO, studying and cooking at some of the finest restaurants in Colorado.
I spent several years in industry, working in several Michelin and James Beard-recognized restaurants in California, Colorado, and Arizona. I got a bit burned out and when back to school, earning an MS in Geology. I founded a geology-focused hiking outfitter and side-hustled with a private chef gig - and now we are what we are! My cuisine reflects the indigenous and pioneer traditions of Colorado and the West, and we can't wait to share them with you!
