I’m a chef who moves between savory and sweet with the same goal in mind: to create food that feels personal, balanced, and a little unexpected. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of the best, including Thomas Keller, Nancy Silverton, Daniel Boulud, and Josiah Citrin, each of whom shaped the way I think about craft and generosity. My cooking lives in the space between precision and emotion, rooted in curiosity, connection, and the kind of hospitality that feels effortless and real.
