Canadian chef with vast knowledge of international cuisines from Brazilian, and Ethiopian to Japanese and German.
I have 13 years of culinary experience, including traveling across North America as a chef for Cirque du Soleil. This journey allowed me to work in dynamic environments and refine my skills while being exposed to a wide range of cuisines and culinary styles.
I currently work as an in-home personal chef, where I focus on thoughtful menu planning and delivering personalized dining experiences inspired by international flavors. I enjoy cooking for intimate dinner parties, weddings, and meaningful milestone events, creating food that brings people together and makes each occasion memorable.
