I started cooking due my family when Mom got sick with cancer at 8 years old.. Have worked in kitchens starting at 15. So 30 years experience. Happy and respectful human, food is my love language. Thanks to my career I'm a cook from scratch chef. No boxed food in my recipes. I'm happiest in the kitchen cooking up delicious food.
