I’m a professionally trained chef with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences rooted in both fine dining and local culinary traditions. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in some of California’s most respected kitchens, including Mayacama Golf Club in Santa Rosa, where I refined my approach to private, high-end dining; Della Fattoria Café & Bakery in Petaluma, known for its artisan breads and farm-to-table cuisine; and The Marine Room in La Jolla, an iconic seaside restaurant specializing in elevated seafood, steaks, and private events.

These experiences shaped my style—combining refined techniques with a love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and personalized hospitality. Today, I bring that same quality and attention to detail into the homes of my clients, designing customized menus that fit their tastes, celebrations, and special moments.
