I am a banquet chef & private chef with 3+ years of experience, and I'm accustomed to working in high-pressure environments while delivering personalized, high-quality meals tailored to each client's tastes. I'm currently enrolled in the Culinary Arts Management Operations program at the Miami Culinary Institute, where I am dedicated to refining my craft and bringing passion, technique, and creativity into every kitchen I'm in. I specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine and am well versed in dietary restrictions and food allergies.
