I am a professional chef for about 10 years, worked at one of the most esteemed restaurants in 2013 and 2010 "Celler De Can Roca",

I share my skills from farm to table and Michelin-starred restaurants,

focusing in developing and adding more skills to my backgrounds to such as ; Asian, French and Latin American Cuisine.
