I’m Gizeh Guevara Rodríguez, a chef, experience designer, and consultant shaped by a life lived between borders. Born in San Diego and raised in Tecate, Baja California, my cuisine is deeply rooted in Mexican tradition while constantly dialoguing with contemporary techniques and global influences.
I believe food is a language — one that tells stories, builds memories, and creates meaningful connections around the table.
