Chef Greg Bergeron is a Vermont native. He found his way into the culinary world at the age of fifteen; starting as a dishwasher, then progressing through the ranks of the kitchen. Greg found a true appreciation for cooking when he started traveling and working seasonally in vacation and resort destinations. Working under, and training with as many different chefs as possible from areas such as Montauk, Martha’s Vineyard, and Nantucket, Greg learned to take away something from every chef he worked with and his own unique style began to form. Today he is fiercely dedicated to detail and customer satisfaction, while staying true to his hometown roots and always sourcing fresh, local, and sustainable meats and produce.
