I take pride in making everything from scratch, inspired by global cuisines to cultivate fresh dishes utilizing seasonal veggies and fresh herbs.
I have experience as a line and prep cook, but my passion is crafting home cooked meals to facilitate connection and celebration. I enjoy creating a custom menu, guided by a given occasion and season, thereby cultivating a table that brings people together over food. I make everything within reason from scratch, and I am passionate about bringing together the best flavors from a variety of cuisines into a delicious spread.
