I have been a professional chef for the last 15 years. Started doing private catering the last 5 years and found that I get more creative and enjoy interacting with clients and talking about food. Introducing new dishes to them and doing food that brings back memories from their childhood. I love doing everything from scratch, from baked goods, sauces, ice creams etc.
