With over a decade of leadership in fine dining, luxury hotels, and culinary R&D, I specialize in crafting elevated private dining experiences that blend refined technique with soulful storytelling. My culinary journey includes serving as Executive Sous Chef for Hilton, leading culinary operations at Nordstrom’s flagship restaurants and UCLA’s elite dining programs, and working alongside renowned chefs at Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak Orange County and the Waldorf Astoria. I’ve also led kitchen teams at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach and the Michelin-starred Vale Mission Pacific Resort.
I don’t just cook—I curate seasonal, story-driven menus using premium ingredients, inspired by coastal California, Creole roots, and global flavor profiles.
