I’m an international chef with over 17 years of professional experience, formally trained as an International Cuisine Chef in 2007 in Caracas, Venezuela. My career has taken me through high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, and private service across Caracas, Barcelona, and Miami, shaping my style into a blend of Mediterranean technique, clean cooking, and creative, ingredient-driven cuisine.
I’m passionate about transforming fresh, seasonal products into refined, balanced dishes with beautiful presentation and honest flavors. Known for my calm, organized leadership in the kitchen, I enjoy developing menus, leading teams, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.
Currently based in the USA, I’m actively seeking international opportunities and am fully open to relocating to any country to continue growing my craft and expanding my global culinary experience.
