I am a Philadelphia native, who has been classically trained as a cook. My adventure started around age six at home. Then I got my first job at a French bistro.
Since then I have continued working o hone my skills, and develop my own style of cuisine.
Recently, I started Stranger Fruits Culinary Practice, as a way for me to go beyond the kitchen. We aim to connect people, food, and whole communities over dinner tables.
