I'm a young chef with 10 years of experience in the kitchen. I worked in different locations around Italy, my home country. I came into contact with various chefs and from them, I expanded my knowledge and enriched my skills. I am now working in America, for Antica Pesa, Brooklyn and Gelateria Gentile. Now I am ready to gift my abilities and passions to others.
