Passionate about food and loves to bring new delicious plates to the table!

I’m a chef with ten years of professional kitchen experience, originally trained and working across Italy. During that time I worked in several regions and kitchens, learning a wide range of techniques and flavors from many talented chefs. I’m now based in the United States, working with Antica Pesa Brooklyn and Gelateria Gentile, where I continue to refine my approach to seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking.

I love creating memorable meals that combine Italian tradition with the influences I’ve gathered abroad — and I’m excited to share my skills and passion with guests through thoughtful, personal dining experiences.

My passion started from the grandma in the house kitchen, in a small neighborhood in Calabria, Italy. I started studying from there forth.
