I have owned a catering biz in NY and Miami for over 30 years catering for top corporate companies and have cooked with Julia Child and Anthony Bordain who worked in my kitchens before he became famous.
I have appeared in multiple times in articles in the NY Times and a documentary on TV Network on wedding feasts which still has several of my recipes on their website.
I love to teach and recant stories about my experiences.
