Hi! I'm Melissa. With over 25 years in hospitality, I’ve worked in luxury hotels, acclaimed restaurants, + private homes across the U.S. My career has taken me coast to coast—collaborating with James Beard-nominated chefs and refining my craft in a wide range of kitchens and styles. I have been reviewed in California and France, and have been featured in the Zagat and Michelin guides.
